We do not promise approval. Only the board decides, and things like criminal history, credit, or experience you cannot document are outside anyone's control. We check for them in your audit.

All of this depends on you telling us everything in the audit. If the board finds something you did not tell us, that is outside the promise.

- Do you guarantee my license will be approved?
- No one can. Only the board decides. We guarantee the paperwork is complete and correct, and we fix and resubmit at no charge if the board flags anything we prepared.
- What will the state charge me?
- It depends on the state and license. We give you every fee and the amount during your audit, before anything is filed.
- What if I get a deficiency letter?
- Send it to us. If it is about the paperwork, we answer it and resubmit at no extra cost.
- What if I am not eligible?
- We tell you exactly what is missing. Then you have two paths. Fix it within 6 months and we finish and file your application at no extra charge. Or hire a qualifying agent through us, and the application fee on that placement is waived.
- What if the board denies my application?
- If the board says no for a reason outside our control and you can fix it, we re-file at no charge within 6 months. If you hire a qualifying agent instead, the application fee on that placement is waived. This does not apply if the denial came from something we were not told in the audit.
- Who prepares my application?
- Our licensing team prepares it, and a senior team member reviews every page before it goes to the board. You review and sign before anything is submitted.
- Will you talk to the board for me?
- Yes. With your written authorization we follow up with the board on your company's behalf to check status and answer paperwork questions. You stay the applicant of record.
- My state wants a CPA financial statement. Do you handle that?
- Your CPA prepares it. We tell you exactly what the board needs from your CPA, the form, the date window, the company name and the limit, and we review it before it goes in.
- How long does it take?
- Most files are ready to submit within days of getting your documents. After that, the board sets the pace, and we track it for you.
- Do I still take the exam?
- If your state requires one, yes. We tell you which exams apply and when to schedule them.
- Can you do more than one state, or add a license class?

- Is this the same as hiring a qualifying agent?
- No. This is for contractors who qualify on their own. If you do not yet, a qualifying agent can qualify your company.

- After your eligibility call we send an invoice. The $999 is paid in full up front, then we start your audit.
