Consultation Fees

The Licensing Company charges a consultation fee of $1,000 for initial licensing consultations and qualifying agent service assessments. This fee covers:

Comprehensive review of your licensing requirements
Assessment of qualifying agent needs and jurisdictional compliance
Evaluation of multi-state licensing strategy
Initial compliance documentation review
Structured engagement proposal development

Refund Terms

Due to the professional nature of our consulting services and the time invested in initial assessments:

Consultation fees are non-refundable once the consultation has been scheduled and conducted
If you cancel a scheduled consultation 48 hours or more in advance, you may receive a full refund or reschedule without penalty
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before a scheduled consultation are subject to a 50% cancellation fee
No-shows without prior notice will forfeit the full consultation fee

Service Agreements

For ongoing qualifying agent services and multi-state licensing support:

Refund terms will be specified in the written service agreement
Retainer fees may be partially refundable based on work completed
Third-party fees (state filing fees, application fees, bond costs) are non-refundable
Professional service fees for completed work are non-refundable
