Live Exam Prep, Coming Soon

Where Should We Bring the Class?

We are taking contractor exam prep on the road. Tell us what state you are in and what license you are chasing, and we will build the schedule around where the demand is.

Marshall Schofield, General Contractor, Master Electrician, Master Plumber, Master Mechanical

Marshall Schofield is a second generation general contractor who also holds master electrician, master plumber and master mechanical licenses, and he heads the education department at The Licensing Company. Because he holds master licenses across the trades, he can teach exam prep for building, electrical, plumbing and mechanical, not just building. He spent three and a half years as a lead instructor at a national contractor licensing school, where thousands upon thousands of students passed their exams under his teaching. As a contractor in Colorado he built and remodeled roughly 200 Starbucks locations, built and sold his own kitchen and bath remodeling company to private equity, and subdivided 53 acres for custom spec home development. He knows the code books cold, teaches from the books rather than from slides, and has sat for these exams himself.

What the Class Is

Taught live and in person, in small groups, with the code books tabbed and highlighted right alongside you in the room.

Built around the exam your state actually gives, not a generic prep packet.

Taught by someone who has sat for these exams himself and taught them to thousands of students over the last several years.

This is being planned now. The schedule follows demand, so the more people who raise their hand from your state, the sooner a class comes together near you.
