Jeremiah has built gas stations, commercial retail centers and custom homes across multiple states.
Every one of those jobs meant working with state licensing boards, pulling permits in new jurisdictions, keeping the compliance file clean and qualifying firms to work in new markets.
He knows what a board wants to see because he has built those files for his own projects. Your application gets that same experience.

Marshall has taught thousands upon thousands of students through their licensing exams, and he knows the code books inside and out.
He is a second generation builder and master framer who still builds custom houses. He has built and scaled several construction businesses, backed by a degree in finance.
When he explains what a board requires, he speaks as a builder and as a teacher.
Both still work in construction every day, on job sites, running crews, at the permit office and in front of state boards. They started The Licensing Company because good contractors kept losing bids and getting shut out of states over paperwork, not skill. So they built a legal, documented way through.
Why We Built The Licensing Company
We kept watching skilled, honest contractors lose work they were fully able to do. The problem was never the work. It was the license and the paperwork to operate in that state.
They lost bids, got shut out of state work and ran into compliance violations, all because nobody had shown them a clear path to licensure.
We built this firm to be that path. We get skilled firms into new states legally, set up qualifying agent partnerships on paper, and raise the bar for how this industry does business.
